Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Shipping is free to US addresses. Orders ship from a US warehouse. Processing takes 1–3 business days, then delivery takes 3–8 business days. We'll email you tracking once your order ships. We ship to US addresses only.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us at woodyshannon6@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items; the customer pays return shipping. For hygiene reasons, grooming tools and clothing must be unused. Refunds go back to your original payment method once approved.
